Thank you for choosing Complete Car Wash LLC. Our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable, and high-quality experience every time. The information below is designed to set clear expectations so everything runs efficiently for both you and our team.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:
1. Before Your Appointment
To help us deliver the best results:
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to service.
Ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location.
If you have any concerns about the location or service setup, please let your technician know in advance.
All services are performed with care; however, vehicles are cleaned at the owner’s risk and should be able to withstand standard detailing processes.
If your battery becomes discharged during or after service, we’re happy to assist with a jump. If the issue continues, it typically indicates a pre-existing battery condition that may require replacement.
2. Scheduling & Arrival
We always aim to arrive within your scheduled window and keep your day running smoothly.
Arrival times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or earlier appointments.
Service times are also estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition and service complexity.
To maintain flexibility and reliability:
Your service may be completed by one of our trusted independent contractor partners.
Your assigned technician may change if needed to keep your appointment on track.
Appointments may be adjusted due to weather, staffing, or equipment needs.
All bookings are subject to final confirmation based on vehicle condition, location, and service scope. We reserve the right to decline or adjust services if necessary.
3. Pricing & Payments
We aim to keep pricing transparent and fair based on the actual work required:
Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, service type, and location and may be listed as “starting at” rates.
If the vehicle condition differs from what was expected, pricing may be adjusted. If so, we will communicate clearly and work with you on the best option.
Services outside the scope of your package may be billed at $75/hour.
A minimum service charge may apply depending on your location.
Vehicles with excessive pet hair, biological matter, or hazardous materials may incur a minimum 20% surcharge.
Applicable state and local taxes will be added where required.
Payment Process:
A valid card may be required to secure your booking and may be temporarily authorized (this is not a charge).
Payment is due upon completion of service.
For recurring services, your card may be securely stored and charged after each visit.
If a vehicle is not available at the time of service and the appointment was not canceled in advance, a $49 fee may apply.
4. Communication
We keep communication simple and helpful:
You may receive text messages or calls regarding your appointment, technician details, and follow-up. Standard carrier rates may apply.
Your service request may be assigned to a trusted provider within our network to ensure timely service.
Your name, contact details, service address, and vehicle information may be shared with your assigned technician.
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change and aim to be fair:
Please provide at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a $49 fee.
Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.
If the vehicle is not present at the scheduled time and location, the full service may be charged.
We may occasionally adjust appointments due to weather or operational needs and will always communicate any changes as early as possible.
6. Service Standards & Safety
We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment:
We reserve the right to decline requests that go beyond the scope of the booked service.
Any form of verbal or physical abuse toward our team or partners will result in immediate termination of service, full charges being applied, and loss of refund eligibility.
We reserve the right to take further action if necessary.
7. COMPLETE GUARANTEE
We stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied with the results.
If there is a clear issue where the service was not completed as expected, we may offer a redo or partial refund at our discretion.
To ensure eligibility:
Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of service completion by emailing team@completecarwash.co
Please do not perform any additional cleaning or repairs before contacting us
Our technicians may take photos or videos for documentation purposes
The guarantee may be limited or void if:
Vehicle conditions (heavy stains, odors, biological or hazardous materials, etc.) were not disclosed at booking
Recommended services needed to achieve results are declined
Documentation of the vehicle is not permitted
Payment is not completed or a chargeback is filed
If a redo is declined, any refund may be limited to 20% of the service value.
